Returned to collect, there was a hole in my pants below the zip where some thing sharp had obviously penetrated the material. Requested she repair the hole, she did her best but very shoddy work, I tried them on when I got home but the material come apart and frayed. Didn't want to go back again as I feel anymore alterations by one hour stitch will totally ruin my trousers. Have taken them else where for professional repair. My advice to this lady is be honest if you want to build a good reputation!
